Brand Message Video For Massachusetts Realtor

Brand Message Video For Massachusetts Realtor

About this video

Real Estate Branding Video – Real estate video production doesn’t always have to be about selling a property. Often times, it’s about showcasing the experience of working with the realtor or broker that’s helping you.

Chaze Films worked with a Cambridge-based Realtor to create a Brand Message Video focused on his approach to real estate, relationships with clients, and the experience and expertise he brings to each transaction.

Instead of producing a traditional real estate listing video centered around one property, our video strategy focused on building his brand and giving potential clients a better sense of the person they could be trusting with one of their biggest financial decisions.

Building the Realtor’s Brand, Not Just Marketing a Property

A beautiful home can certainly get someone’s attention, but for this real estate branding video, the homes were the setting, not the story.

We filmed the primary interview inside a seven-figure home in Cambridge, Massachusetts that our client had recently sold. The location gave us a beautiful backdrop while naturally connecting the interview to the type of properties and clients he works with.

The messaging focused instead on what differentiates him as a Realtor. Things that included: building trust, understanding each client’s individual needs, anticipating potential problems, protecting his clients’ interests, and serving as an experienced consultant throughout the buying or selling process.

Those themes gave the video a longer-term marketing purpose. A property listing may eventually come off the market, but a Realtor’s experience, personality, and approach to working with clients can continue to be part of their brand for years.

And we always say to build “evergreen content” so it can work for you for years without having to change it. In this case, their video works as their 24/7 salesperson.

Showing Real Client Relationships Through B-Roll

Cambridge Real Estate Branding Video

Rather than relying entirely on the interview to tell that story, we wanted the visuals to reinforce it.

We filmed b-roll with three of the Realtor’s past clients inside their homes in Cambridge, Lexington, and Lincoln, Massachusetts. These weren’t staged actors or traditional client testimonials. They were real people who had previously worked with him to purchase seven-figure homes.

Matter of fact, these were clients that have used his services on multiple occasions.

That gave us an opportunity to capture natural interactions between the Realtor and clients who already had an established relationship with him.

As he discussed the importance of trust, rapport, and understanding his clients, viewers could see those relationships on screen.

For this type of Realtor video marketing, the beautiful properties certainly added production value, but the more important visuals were the interactions happening inside them.

Real Estate Video Production Beyond Listing Videos

Listing videos can be a useful real estate marketing tool, but they’re designed to market a specific property.

Our approach to real estate video marketing focuses more on content that markets the Realtor, real estate team, or brokerage itself.

That could mean a Brand Message Video introducing your approach and personality, educational videos that demonstrate your expertise, client stories that build trust and social proof, or short-form content that keeps your brand visible online.

For this project, even though we were filming inside beautiful seven-figure properties, we weren’t creating property tours. The homes helped create the visual environment while the Realtor and his relationships with clients remained the focus.

Creating a Website Banner Video

In addition to the Brand Message Video, we also produced a website header video using visuals of the Realtor working, interacting with clients, and moving through the types of properties associated with his brand.

Unlike the interview-driven Brand Message Video, the website banner needed to communicate visually without relying on dialogue. That meant selecting shots that could quickly give website visitors a sense of his personality, clientele, and real estate business while also working within the wide, horizontal format of a website header.

Years after the original production, that banner video continues to be used on his website.

For us, that’s another example of why video strategy should go beyond simply deciding what looks good on camera. Different videos can play very different roles within a larger real estate marketing strategy, and the right video content can continue supporting a brand long after the original shoot.
